33rd ANNUAL WELLESLEY MARKETPLACE CRAFT FESTIVAL

We are thrilled to post the application for the 33rd Annual Marketplace Festival to be held November 21, 2009 from 9:00am to 4:00pm.
Due to future construction of Wellesley High School we have moved our Marketplace to Wellesley Middle School. We will be able to accommodate over 100 booths in the Upper Gym, Lower Gym and Cafeteria of the Middle School.
We seek Applicants with original, high-quality handmade and boutique items. Many exhibitors return year after year, but we strive to introduce many new Exhibitors as well. Exhibitors will be selected by a panel of jurors based on design, originality, quality and presentation. A new panel of jurors is assembled each year, so do not be discouraged if you weren’t chosen in the past.
Our Application has changed a little so please be sure to read all of the questions carefully. As with all past Marketplaces the jury process is very important and we take your submissions very seriously. Please follow all instructions to make sure your product is displayed in the clearest and most professional light. Make sure your name is on all photos and samples.
All applications must be postmarked by April 1, 2009. Acceptance letters will be sent out by June 15.
All submissions that you wish to have returned must include self-addressed, prepaid packaging. Please be sure to use undated postage. If you have questions about return postage please ask at the Post Office. We will not return items without prepaid postage. WHJWC will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged photos or samples, but we will make every effort to return them.
