Wellesley Hills Junior Woman's Clubs

MISSION STATEMENT

The Wellesley Hills Junior Women's Club is a non-profit organization of committed volunteers dedicated to giving back to our community.  We support community groups through direct service, raise money for scholarships, and fund organizations and programs that provide education, enrichment, and essential services to our local population.  Through our work together, we form enduring relationships with each other and with those we serve.

GENERAL MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

All members of WHJWC reside in the town of Wellesley.  We gather on the first Monday of every month for a general business meeting at the Wellesley Community Center.  Each member participates in a Direct Service Project, committee work, and each of our fundraisers.  Membership lasts 5 years with an opportunity to become a sustainer when the commitment is complete.

In addition we offer several social opportunities throughout the year, hosting socials in the Fall, Winter and Spring.  Further, we have several informal membership events, including a Yankee Swap, club service events, and relaxed gatherings following meetings.
